All orders are shipped same day if recieved by 5pm est or next day. We ship single items by first class mail which takes usually 5-7 days once your order payment has cleared. Multiple item purchases are shipped by Media Mail and arrive usually in 7 - 9 days once your payment has cleared. If an item you ordered is back-ordered it means we are awaiting its arrival and we will ship to you as soon as we recieve it. Sometimes shipments can be delayed by circumstances beyond our control such as weather.

What is the shipping charge?
Individual items the charge is 3.00 anywhere in the U.S.
3 or more items is free anywhere in the U.S, this will be calculated once your order is processed.
We do not charge any handling fees! Periodically we will offer free shipping on all items to move merchandise so check back often as we do not email these offers out for your privacy!

Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we process all major Credit Cards and Checks over a secure server that handles the processing. We do not retain any of your payment information, nor do we sell or distribute your email address, home address or any information you provide to recieve your shipping status.

How can I leave feedback about my order?
We appreciate your feedback and value your business. As we are a small company and will strive to earn your trust and repeat business. You may leave feed back simply by clicking on any item and then click the underlined bar labeled sellers feedback. If at anytime you ever have any problems with ordering, about your order, or just have a question don't hesitate to contact us we will work expeditiously to resolve the matter and answer any questions you have. How are items packaged for shipping?
You'r privacy is a main concern to us? Not only do we not sell or share any of your information with outside sources we ship all orders in plain brown packaging discreetly labeled as JM, not even the Postman knows what it is.

I tried to process my order and it will not work?
If you are trying to use Paypal or a credit card for payment your address must match the address exactly as listed in that payment processors file. Even a transposed letter will cause your order to not go through. We ship to only verified addresses as a fraud measure for our customers safety. If you continue to experience a problem send an email to us at jmsales@netzero.net and we will assist you in completing the transaction securely and safely. You may also contact mon-fri from 10am-4pm est at the number 317-225-5392 for further assistance.

Can I order an out of stock item?
Yes, items which are listed as out of stock but are marked (but you may still order it) means you can still order the item because we are recieving another shipment of this product and it will be shipped to you on the day we recieve our shipment. This date will be listed in the items description. If an item is not marked(but you may still may order it) means we do not know if we will be getting anymore of them and they are not available for order. We do not remove the pictures until we know for sure that we cannot order anymore of the item.

What is back ordered?
Under certain circumstances we will run out of an item that you may have ordered. If an item is back-ordered it means we are awaiting the arrival of a shipment and we will ship the item to you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.
